TradeLens is a digital software platform operated by Axion Tech, a proprietorship registered in Maharashtra, India.

We process this information to provide trading journal functionality, analytics, performance insights, behavioral analysis, AI-powered features, and other services requested by you.

TradeLens is not a brokerage, stock exchange, investment adviser, portfolio manager, or custodian of user funds or securities.

TradeLens may allow users to connect third-party services, brokers, exchanges, trading platforms, applications, or other data sources.

When you choose to connect a third-party service, we may receive information authorized by you, including:

  • Instrument information; and

We do not request or collect brokerage passwords unless explicitly required for an integration and clearly disclosed to you. Where possible, integrations should use secure authorization methods provided by the applicable third-party service.

You may disconnect supported integrations through your TradeLens account settings or by contacting us.

When you purchase a subscription, plan, or paid feature, payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers.

  • Billing address;
  • Payment status;
  • Transaction identifiers;
  • Subscription information;

  • Invoice and tax-related information; and
  • Limited payment information provided by our payment service providers.

TradeLens does not directly store complete payment card numbers, CVV numbers, UPI PINs, banking passwords, OTPs, or similar payment authentication credentials.

Payment transactions are subject to the privacy policies and terms of the applicable payment service providers.

When you contact us, submit feedback, report a problem, or communicate with our support team, we may collect:

Information submitted to AI-powered features may be processed automatically to generate outputs requested by users.

Where third-party AI service providers process information on our behalf, we may share information necessary to provide the applicable feature, subject to contractual, security, and data protection requirements where appropriate.

We do not sell personal data submitted to TradeLens for advertising purposes.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a user's particular circumstances and should not be relied upon as financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice.

5. Public Sharing and Shareable Content

TradeLens accounts, trading journals, and trading information are private by default unless otherwise clearly indicated.

TradeLens may provide features that allow users to voluntarily create public profiles, publish information, or generate shareable links.

Depending on the information selected by the user, publicly shared content may include:

  • Username or display name;
  • Trade information;
  • Performance statistics;
  • Charts;
  • Screenshots;
  • Journal entries or notes; and
  • Other information selected for sharing.

Users are responsible for reviewing information before making it publicly available.

Information shared publicly may be viewed, copied, stored, indexed, or redistributed by third parties outside our control.

Where supported, users may disable a shareable link or change sharing settings. However, disabling access does not remove copies previously saved or redistributed by third parties.
