TradeLens is a digital platform that provides AI-powered trading journal services online. No physical goods or products are shipped. All our services, including access to our web and mobile applications, are delivered digitally.

Instant Access

Upon successful payment for a subscription plan or premium features, users will receive immediate access to the selected services. There is no waiting period for service activation.

Email Confirmation

Subscription and account details, along with access instructions, will be sent to your registered email address. If you do not see the confirmation email within a few minutes of completing your payment, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting support.
